The 2 Important Models of Wayne Dalton Garage Door Opener Remote Controls

The Wayne Dalton garage door opener remote control is the strongest point of this brand and any other opener in my opinion. That is because it offers you a lot of comfort. You will never have to get out of your car, just to open the garage door, ever again when you leave or come back home. But what if your remote doesn’t work anymore? Well there is nothing to worry about. You can easily get another remote for your Wayne Dalton garage door opener.

There are two models which I would like to talk about. First there is the Wayne Dalton 3BTM Remote (3BTM-0372) and the Wayne Dalton Z-Wave 3 Button Mini Remote
(3150R-323226).

The 3BTM remote can be used for all idrive, idrive Torsion and DoorMaster models. It also works for Quantum and Classic Drive models 3214, 3314, 3316, 3014,3018 and 3220C, 3221C, 3222C, 3224C, 3320B, 3322B, 3324B ProDrive models. Comparing this one to an older model you will notice that the battery will live much longer, because they removed the red Led. The only frequency at what it can be used is 372 MHz. This remote will cost you approximately $25.

The Z-Wave 3 Button Mini Remote can be used for Wayne Dalton garage door openers, Z-Wave conversion module and wireless gateway. It can be programmed very easily and the standard color is white. To make this transmitter work for your DoorMaster™
light fixture, idrive, prodrive™, Quantum™ or Classicdrive here what you have to do. First of all press the program button. You should hear a beep or see a flashing led. That means the opener is ready to learn a remote. Then, earlier than 30 seconds, press the button you want to be programmed for the opener. Hold the button until you hear a beep or a light is flashing. The garage door should not work, try it out!  This remote will cost you about $30.

Now you know that you can find a remote for your Wayne Dalton garage door opener without a headache. These 2 remotes I mentioned cover a lot of openers and they are very easy to find, are of good quality, easy to program and pretty cheap!
